We have two options for supporting the Avala Sports Initiative for both individuals and corporate sponsors.

Single Individual / Corporate Donation Format:

Shirt Sponsor Donation Format

There is a minimum $250 donation requirement for this option.  It includes 2 shirts as shown below, with the Avala Sports Logo on the front, with option to write your in the surname on the back of the shirts on the top back of the shirts.  You can choose sizes for the shirts as per below:

• Last Name
• Size of Shirt
• # of Shirts

Please allow 1-2 weeks for production.    We will send you an email confirmation and payment/ donation instructions.

Your shirts will be available for pick up onsite at one of the scheduled events.

Confirmation and accommodation for convenient times will be communicated in advance via email.

Thank you for donating via the Avala Sports initiative.

You will receive a tax receipt promptly for your donation.
